Lyzasoft recently announced the immediate availability of a free version of Lyza Commons, a fully functional cloud-based version of Lyza that enables data analysts at small to medium sized businesses to extract insight from large volumes of data and to socialize those insights with team members.
“Lyza combines data integration, data analysis and collaboration in a single experience to offer analysts a better way of working with data and collaborating with each other,” said Lyzasoft CEO Scott Davis. “This free version of Lyza will enable all organizations—from SMBs to large enterprises—to make better, more agile decisions without requiring extensive IT resources.”
Lyzasoft Named Enterprise 2.0 Launch Pad Semifinalist
In addition, Lyzasoft announced it has been named a semifinalist in the Enterprise 2.0 Launch Pad, a competition that enables companies to present their innovative applications to the Enterprise 2.0 community. A public voting process is currently under way for viewers to choose the four finalists based upon three-minute videos each company produced.
The Enterprise 2.0 Launch Pad is produced by TechWeb, producers of the Enterprise 2.0 Conference, the Web 2.0 Expo, and publisher of Information Week magazine). Semifinalists were selected by a panel of experts from a large number of submissions. The four finalists will be invited to present their applications live at the Enterprise 2.0 Conference later this year.
“We are honored to be named a semifinalist in the Enterprise 2.0 Launch Pad competition,” Davis said. “The Enterprise 2.0 Launch Pad is intended to highlight the most innovative and useful new products and companies in the enterprise social collaborative space, and we believe Lyza’s blend of social and analytical tools is just what enterprises need to justify social/collaborative programs.”
