Do You Want a Data Warehouse?

Do you have a large number of consumers? Is there value in tracking their consuming behaviour? Do your operational processes rely on analytics? Does your analyst community find consensus on how to structure the data? If you answered yes to these four questions, you may want to investigate how a data warehouse will add value. If you see no apparent value, you should probably think again before setting sail on an ocean cruise!
